The Bursar’s Office is responsible for the billing and processing of tuition and fee payments, collection services on past due accounts, third party billings, and the disbursement of excess financial aid and all other refunds. We facilitate international student insurance, Perkins/HPSL/LDS loan services, and student term payment plan. In addition, we assist KU departments and Student Organizations in depositing funds, monitor ecommerce activity, and manage general banking operations for the university.
