International students are required to have health insurance. The required insurance fee is NOT assessed with your tuition and fees or billed by KU. If you have health insurance that is not provided by KU, you must provide proof of insurance to the International Student Scholar Services Office (ISSS), Room 2 of Strong Hall. If you owe the health insurance fee, you must deliver the completed insurance form and pay the appropriate fees directly to United Healthcare. You may also deliver the insurance payment to the Bursar's Office in Room 23 Strong Hall during the enrollment period through August 15 for Fall term and January 15 for Spring term.
